Another project complete!

We finally finished our new bedroom upstairs! YEAH! It's been a long process...and a very messy one...but it's done! :) Here is a look at what it looked like before. We were getting ready to paint in this picture (thanks Chelsea for your help!)
Here is our closet...again before it was finished completely, but after all the walls were up.
And now here is our closet completed! It has been really nice to have a walk in closet...definitely something we'll look for in our next house! (Eric actually puts his clothes away now...not on the floor....and I do too!)
Here is our bedroom! This is looking from the bed, out.

Another angle from the bed. We repainted our old blue bookshelf (the same one I used at my parents house) so it looks a little better now. :)
And here is our bed! It's so nice to have it all finished...new moulding and all! You can see part of the cradle next to the bed too, so we're all ready! The room is very relaxing and a really nice addition to the house!

Finally, a completed project!

Well, it's taken us a while...and lots of work...BUT the nursery is finally DONE!! Yeah! This room used to be half of our bedroom that had dressers and closets in it. After a little paint (thanks mom and dad) this is what it looked like.
And here is the finished project! This is looking in from the door. It's not a very big room, but is a good size for baby! In case you couldn't tell, our theme is jungle with greens and browns. :)

Isn't the little monkey in the tree cute? And the monkey clock too! One of our friends from church made us the name sign and it has the meaning of his name on it too..."Son of the heavenly King."
This is the other side of the room where we have the changing table and storage area. The quilt on the wall was made by Eric's mom and we decided to hang it up on the wall because it was so cute! :)

The dresser's all full of clothes, diapers, bath stuff and all kinds of cute baby things! Hopefully we're all ready to go! We've only got about 6 weeks left, 7 at the most (since my insurance is up we'll be having him in May for sure!). It's crazy to think that we're almost there already!
