Finally some pictures!

I'm finally getting around to uploading a few pictures! I guess being sick has it's advantages!

Here is our little reader! This is one of his favorite things to do and I love that he does it independently (though he does LOVE to be read to!)

This is his newest faze....hiding! I'm not sure how I feel about it because I "lost" him at church the other day because he was hiding SO quietly. It is cute at home...not so much at other places!

He also loves to play in forts (or under anything really). Maybe it all relates to his love of hiding in small places? I dont' know, but his smile is sure cute!

This was his first time fingerpainting! He wasn't sure about the mess on his hands at first, but got used to it pretty quickly and had fun painting a nice big picture!

He has been changing and growing up so much lately! It is sad (but nice too)! He is starting to put words together to make short phrases like "mommy bush teeth" and "Daddy wor (work)." It is so fun to watch him grow into a sweet little boy! He definitely is starting the tantrum stage, but so far they haven't been too bad. Lets hope that continues! Until next time...which will hopefully be sooner than this one!

An update!

Sorry for the serious lack of blogging lately! Things have been pretty crazy around here since Christmas! I will try to do a picture post later, but here is a start to updating everyone on what we are doing.

Though most of you who read this already know, just to be sure no one is out of the loop, we are expecting a baby in July! We are very excited but honestly I have been putting a whole lot of thought into it since there is SO MUCH that will be happening between now and then! We will hopefully find out the gender in the next couple of weeks! Yeah!

In other news, we have been cleaning and packing like crazy around here! We put our house on the market at the beginning of this month and currently have two solid offers on it! I have been praying that it would sell quickly so that it wouldn;t be hanging over our heads when we move, but I wasn't expecting to get an offer after it was on the market for 2 days! The inspection has been done and the buyers aren't asking for us to fix ANYTHING which is awesome! So, assuming nothing crazy happens between now and then, we will be selling and having to move temporarily to another place here in Pullman! (We already have found a place too!) The only downside is that we will have to move by March 15th....yep, in less than a month! AHH!!

Eric has been traveling the country doing interviews, which we have been thankful for as that means there are multiple places interested in him! He just got offered a job at Fresno Pacific University, but we are waiting to hear from another school in Michigan before we give a final answer. We would appreciate prayer for all the decisions that have to be made! He is officially doing his defense on March 2nd here at WSU! YEAH!!! So, like it or not, we will be heading on to new (and unknown) lands come May/June! Like I said, LOTS to happen between now and baby #2 coming!

Anyway, sorry for the lengthy post with no pictures...unusual for me...but I thought this might be an easy way to update everyone on what we're doing! Here's to hoping we know where we will be moving soon!!
