Oregon Trip!

Micah and I flew back to Portland with Lela and Megan for a week to visit family. Our first stop was at my sister Jodi's house. Micah's cousins Josiah, Elijah and Levi were very good with Baby Micah (as they call him)! Here is Josiah playing with Micah on the floor!

These pictures don't appear to be in order, but oh well. :) Here is cousin Joel giving Micah a hug! He kept doing it over and over and it was very cute! How sweet!

Here is my sister Kari with Micah :)

All the cousins listening to Mima read a story to them all! (I had a picture with you in it Mom, but you were wearing your "scary mima" patch so I thought I'd leave it out. :))

Aunt Jodi feeding Micah his bottle. (Apparently I didn't get one with Lela...hmmm) ;-)

Selah holding "baby Micah" as he eats her hair! Yummy!

Cousin Megan really liked to tickle Micah! I'm pretty sure she thought is was funnier than him, but he did give her lots of smiles when she did it! :)

Mima cuddling with Micah and Megan (though I think Megan is tickling Micah again) :)

A walk to the river by Mom and Dad's house. I miss it! Maybe next time we're there Micah will be old enough to go in! :)

On our way home from the river Megan had fun puddle jumping with a little help!

At the airport before flying home! Thanks Grandpa and Grandma for taking us to the airport!

Micah did great on the plane both ways which was SO nice! We're hoping for another good flight tomorrow as we head back again for the weekend to meet the cousins on Eric's side of the family! :)
Thanks for a great trip everyone!

Fall football

Last weekend we were able to go to the football game with some friends who invited us to go with them! Thanks guys! It was a beautiful day for a football game!

The game started out GREAT with the cougs getting a TD in the first couple minutes....but it went mostly downhill from there. :( But hey, I was just excited that they scored more than once in the game! :)
(We even got a babysitter to watch Micah so we could enjoy the game! Thanks Chelsea!)

They played USC...so there really wasn't a lot of hope of them winning, but it was fun to be there and support the cougs anyways! Thanks for a fun afternoon K and K! :)

Four Months!

Micah,
It is hard to believe that you are already Four months old! You are changing and growing so quickly these days and are learning new skills every day it seems like! Your newest "skill" is buzzing your lips and getting spit ALL over yourself, which is pretty funny to watch. You seem pretty proud of yourself! You are such a happy baby and really only cry if you're hungry or tired. You love to give big smiles to everyone...even random people you don't know. (They all just talk about how cute you are!)
It has been so much fun being your mommy, even though I do get tired and grumpy sometimes when you don't take good naps or wake up at night. Last night was the first night you slept all night long (nine hours) and it was wonderful! Lets make that a habbit, ok? :) I love getting up in the morning and having you smile at me as soon as you see me! It totally makes my day and makes it much easier to get up in the morning. You are growing so fast and it is crazy how much you have changed in 4 months. Your daddy and I have enjoyed watching you change and become more interactive every day! We have had some hard times too (with your reflux and not sleeping well as a result) but it has all been worth it!
I can't imagine our lives without you in it and all the joy that you have brought to us! You are such a sweet boy! We love you so much Micah Moose!
Love, Mommy

3 months old!

Eric took some 3 month pictures of Micah on Sunday so I thought I'd post a few of our favorites! He is getting to be so smiley and starting to develop more of a personality!
Big Smile!

His eyes are still staying very blue!

A toothless grin!

Not sure what he's looking at here, but he looks deep in thought :)
Micah and his big moose (I think I named him Elmer or something like that back in college..)

Coo!

So serious and slobbery...

Cheese! (Or I guess it would be "Milk!")
There are more than this, but I couldn't post them all! :) Let us (meaning Eric really) know if you want us to send you the pictures to print off for yourself!
