Welcoming spring?

So this afternoon, while I was at work, Eric was home studying for his Prelims. (They take place starting next monday so pray that they go well!) When he went to check the mail, he found a little furry friend outside in the tree and snapped a few shots of it!
This one is my favorite.

Munch, munch! Seems a little early to be collecting nuts for next winter...though maybe it thinks it already came! We've had about 8-10 inches!

Some rather large icicles hanging on our roof! They don't quite beat the ones from last year that were about 3 feet long, but these are getting close!
This quote is perfect for today!

It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade. ~Charles Dickens

Great photography Eric. I love the pictures. And boy does it look cold there. The quote was perfect Molly. Maybe you guys can take a picture of the 2 of you with the snowy, sunny background. Don't have any recents ones of you guys.

Awesome photos! The squirrel looks like it is smiling in that first one...Shirley squirrelly will want those for her blog! Nice sunny icicles...hope they melt soonly. I liked your quote, but very hard for my old eyes to read in purple!
