Micah's First Birthday!

It's hard to believe that Micah is one!!! He had a great birthday with some family and friends...and of course lots of cake!

Here he is opening part of his birthday present from Papa and Mima! Thanks for the sand toys and books!

A friend helped me with Micah's "ball" cake and cupcakes. He loves balls, so his party had lots of them!

Getting his party hat on! He didn't keep it on for long though...

Some friends from church came to help us celebrate!

Micah's friend Olivia came to the party too and they had lots of fun playing with all the new toys!

Opening presents! He actually did pretty well...though it helped that everything was in a bag so it was easy to get into. Ohhh....what's in here??

I'm ready for some cake! We stripped him down to a diaper for easier clean up but he doesn't seem to mind!

Why is everyone singing to me? He got a little shy during the singing and wanted me right next to him the whole time. :)

Cheese! What do I do with this big thing in front of me? What is it?

Mmmm....it tastes pretty good! Frosting!! He just took little bites and didn't smash it like I thought he would. Kinda funny, but I guess he doesn't like to perform for everyone! :)

Ummm....can some one come clean me up please? Time for a bath!
